Bridgingloans.com voted Bridger of the Year 2008

Independent poll of over 700 brokers, IFAs and bridging customers puts Bridgingloans.com at top of the industry
Achieved almost 1/3 of votes

Bridgingloans.com, the leading UK provider of bridging finance solutions, has been voted Bridger of the Year 2008 in an independent poll of over 700 brokers, IFAs and bridging customers. Bridgingloans.com achieved the top spot ahead of other bridgers including Link Lending, Cheval and Affirmative, and took almost one third of the total votes. Following a number of white label agreements with packagers such as Exclusive Connections, Bridgingloans.com has been recognised for its strength and stability through an unsettled year. In July of this year, the short-term finance provider announced an extension to its lines of credit from some of the UK’s leading banks and financial institutions – at a time when many banks and building societies were unable to commit to further lending to either companies or individuals. “2008 has been a particularly difficult year for the whole industry,” commented Ryneveld van der Horst, Finance Director at Bridgingloans.com. “Despite current conditions, hundreds of the people we work alongside took the time to vote for who they consider to be the number one bridger, and for that reason we are extremely happy to receive this award. We’re great believers in stability and transparency and although conditions remain tough right now there is long-term potential in the bridging finance industry and we have experience on our side to get us through it.”
